1. Is it possible for an employee to get more than one Reward Card?

A: Yes. Rewards Cards will be granted by Supervisors weekly as a recognition of Attendance

 

2. How am I going to access the portal to redeem my prize?

A: Employees can access the portal from their personal mobile devices and/or at home computers.

 

3. Do my Reward Card points expire?

A: No.

 

4. When should I expect to get my Reward Cards?

A: Supervisors will distribute Reward Cards every Wednesday after reviewing weekly attendance!

 

5. Can my points be transferred to someone else?

A: No.

 

6. What happens if I lose my card??

A: Employees are entirely responsible for their Reward Cards. Lost cards will not be replaced.

 

7. Got the points. What can they be redeemed for?

A: Once you earn your first Reward Card, you will start accumulating points to redeem for a variety of DHL gear in the dhlpromogear website. A few examples of DHL branded items are:

1 card = 10 points = pen or stress ball.

2 cards = 20 points = cellphone case or flashlight.

4 cards = 40 points = lunch bag or folding umbrella.

10 cards = 100 points = jacket, bluetooth speaker and much more…
